Yes, you can, but for that you have to give entrance exam for ISRO (aerospace) or DRDO (aeronautics). You can also go for jobs in private companies like being, indigo, air India, etc. in technical jobs.

As per my knowledge, DIAT does not conduct courses for general students. It conducts postgraduate courses for personnel of the armed forces and DRDO in the fields that are of importance to them. Hello Arun, It's very nice to hear from you that you are interested doing a job an airlines. Good, at least you have clear aim. For working on an aeroplane as maintenance person, one needs liscence by DGCA. Check their website and see the requirement. If you can clear then it's okay. Else approach an Institute offering B.Sc. In A.M.E. Once you do this you can comfortably pass DGCA exam. Best wishes to you.
