This university in Bhubaneswar has a very vibrant and good placements cell. Due to this it is able to bring in lots of companies to the campus and as a result it claims 100% placements for those who wanted the job. I am attaching a link that will give you the statistics of KIIT about their placement activities. However the University has not given branch wise placements for whatever reasons. In spite of this I can say with certainty that placements for aerospace engineering are very hard to come by. However this is expected to improve with years to come as India progress on economic and industrialization front. Best wishes to you

Neither the webpage nor any information gives an indication that for lateral admission a prospective student has to appear for AUEET. On the other hand, the webpage clearly mentions that those who are seeking admission for the first year of four-year degree course have to appear for this entrance examination. This is a private university established in the year 2010 and trying to bring out its academic levels on par with the best in the field. The university grants scholarships to a certain extent. I am attaching a link that will give you all the relevant information regarding the admission process.

You indeed have scored quite well in your class 12th, then what happened in CET? 56 percentile is comparatively very low. Remember, in the January schedule of JEE Mains, there were more than 100 students with 100 percentile. If you are thinking of getting this branch based on JEE Mains percentile then I am afraid you are in bad luck. NIT's don't offer this branch and you won't be able to make it to JEE Advanced based on this percentile. However you can attempt this branch in your home state if it accepts CET from which you got this percentile. Best wishes to you.

Alliance University conducts it's own entrance exam for giving admission the first year of engineering students in the final year in class 12th or those who passed 12th standard. University also gives admission to the Diploma holders directly in second year of four year engineering course called lateral admission. Not only in Karnataka, but in the many states of the country almost 50% seats are remaining unfilled. It appears that there could be a similar case in the state of Karnataka since in spite of searching many websites I could not find mention of closing rank in any one of them for aeronautical engineering branch in
