There are no colleges and institutes can guarantee the placement. This totally depends on the student capacity of cracking the interview.

Hello Deshwar,
Yes, you can definitely become a scientist in ISRO after completion of your M.Tech in aerospace engineering. ISRO recruits candidates from different backgrounds for different programs that it runs. The vacancies are normally announced every year on the website of ISRO and the students are expected to read these notifications and apply whichever is suitable to them. Almost all the recruits are inducted as scientist in the junior category and over a period of time they rise in the chain. You also need to follow this and apply to ISRO for getting a job as scientist. Best wishes to you.

Hello KS Teja,
Yes, degree in many disciplines of engineering is acceptable for doing M.Tech in aeronautical/aerospace engineering branch. But I am afraid CSE finds no mention. I am attaching a link that will give you all the required information about the eligibility for different specialisations in M.Tech.
https://www.aero.iitb.ac.in/home/postgraduate-program
The placements of this branch are quite tough to get and I would strongly advise you to not venture into it, leaving your CSE.
