Hi Gurudarshini,
Once you complete aerospace engineering, you can apply for many job profiles like aircraft/spacecraft designer, data processing manager, military aerospace engineer,
inspector and compliance officer, drafter, aerospace technician, mission or payload specialist and so on which are surely a better job profiles than ground staff.

When you are talking of engineering colleges, the college which you want to leave thinks as if they are going to lose financially by allowing you to leave the college hence they will make all attempts to see that you will not be able to leave. In view of this foregoing my sincere advice to you will be to remove this thought from your mind and concentrate on studying at the same Institute till you finish your engineering course fully and then think of going somewhere else for your post graduate studies.

You should have a decent marks of more that 70% and UPES, Dehradun conducts a test for admission for different branches. Aerospace engineering. Has a good scope from UPES and for that, you have to clear that test too.
