It will cost you around 41k if you don't want to reside in the hostel and 61k if you want a hostel. This fee is on the yearly basis and not on sem basis.

I can't tell the score that you have to get in Mains as it varies every year. But you have to get a rank at least about 10k in JEE Mains to get into aerospace engineering. Then, you will be in the super-safe zone. Up to 15k, you can have a moderate chance.

Do complete you 12th with good marks then attempt for IIT entrance exam where you can get a branch of aerospace or you can give the entrance exam for IIST to get into ISRO. Dear Bharath,
Contact the university in person for fee details. Their website doesn't talk about any fee details. You have universities like LPU, that have made education affordable for all the students by offering them handsome scholarships on the basis of 12th marks, JEE marks, etc. You should try for admission there too.
