It's mandatory for you to take mathematics as a compulsory subject if want to make a career in engineering field. Though if you are really in that field you must check if any diploma courses are available for the respective stream of engineering and get enrolled into the program.

It's indeed great to know your dream of studying in Germany. There are plenty of places where you can do your MS or ME. But, there are many nuances. Hence, I would advise you to approach an agency dealing with sending students to Germany for overcoming these nuances in the process.

You have already done BE in electronics and wants to do Aerospace engineering? I am afraid, window is closed. Almost all states have upper age limit. But why BE? I would rather advise you to rethink again and go for PG in electronics instead. After this also, you can join Aeronautical sector as an electronic expert.

Of course you can pursue. JEE Mains is an entrance exam for admission in NIT's & appearing in JEE Advanced. Many states have their own entrance exam. If you score good marks in your state's entrance exam, I am sure you would get admission in course of your choice.
