Aerospace engineering is one of the best job sectors in Canada and demand is said to be high until 2024 and beyond as well. Job opportunities include technical support engineer, stress engineer, aircraft performance engineering, etc. Everything will depend on your academic skills, qualifications, research interest, university you have passed out from etc. Canada as a whole is very fair to international students, if you have the required abilities you will be recruited.

Normally, yes. You can pursue your doctaral studies in India. But be cautious. First decide which place or Institution you desire to work with. Besides academic qualification, there are other criterias specific to institutes and you have to meet these.
Best wishes

Salary and placements are integral aspects of a student's life. But don't look at it in exclusivity. In majority of cases, your hard work, innovativeness matters a lot to get decent or more than expected salary.

You should have studied just a wee bit better and obtained rank within 10K, your admission would have been confirmed. However don't worry. I am attaching a link that will predict college for you:

You have two routes to achieve your dreams. Firstly, with your excellent marks, you can seek lateral admission in Aeronautical Engineering branch in a Maharashtra college directly in 2nd year. Alternatively, you can appear for JEE Mains and Advanced to get admission in any IIT as 1st year student.
