Yes, you can get a seat at Sastra University. Your marks are good enough get a seat and think you can also get ECE branch for sure.
Those who have appeared for JEE main exam can apply to Sastra University through stream 1.
Your marks will be converted into percentile as below:
95(0.25)+95.2(0.75)=95.15
On this basis, the ranks will be put. I think the counselling starts from 19 June.
The website to apply is www.sastra.edu and the last date to apply is June 10. You also need to send a courier of your application form, 10th and 12th mark sheet (photocopy) and also the JEE score card (result page).

Hi Sanjay, abroad is a very vast term. To be precise, every country and every university have different admission requirements. Some countries or universities are more competitive than the others. Generally, its IELTS, TOEFL and GRE. Scholarships are also available and basically given on merit. If you have a good profile then you can be considered by the universities for scholarship.
