Aeronautical engineering is ofcourse one of the most sought after branches. It's always good to go for it immediately after 12th. You have not mentioned as to where you have scored these 185 marks.

Yes, IIT-Mumbai and IISC are the best institutions for aeronautical engineering in India including M Tech. Have no doubts and go ahead.

As per dictionary, aerospace is the industry that produces aeronautical products. Else, both are identical. There is no other difference.

Answer actually is in dictionary. Aerospace is the name of industry that produces Aeronautical products. It's as simple as this. But in India both terms are used in either fashion.
