MIT attempts to place everyone at the end of course. But it's quite dynamic in nature. However, things are expected to only improve as we progress in years to come.

I feel MIT has a better faculty and facilities of this branch. It has well oiled placement cell that is a must these days. But then to get admission here, you need to be domiciled and appear for MHTCET.

Closing rank in aerospace engineering in RVEC last year for those coming in from COMEDK exam was around 6500. I feel it shows interest students have in this branch. Remember closing depends directly on the number of students applying for this branch.

You have very good marks in diploma. Yes, you can pursue Aerospace/Aeronautical Engineering. With these marks, I am sure you will do well in graduation also.

Except for agriculture Engineering, you must have taken PCM in 12th. For Agri Bio instead of maths is okay. You also need to score more than minimum required marks. These differ from state to state. You will have to pass concerned entrance test with good marks to get admission in desired branch and place.
Salaries presently are about 3-4L.
