Aeronautical or aerospace engineering is that branch of engineering which teaches you about everything that has to do with airborne objects, aircraft, drones, missiles, etc.

Many foreign companies do come for picking up students from IIT's. Packages offered at Kanpur IIT are reported to be good and in the range of 6-8 Lacs.

Scores by OBC students is improving every year. Hence, I feel if you can get around 75+ percentile in JEE Advanced, you should get admission in your desired branch.

Yes, this Institute is promoted by ISRO and is doing a very good work academically. It's a good place to begin your education in aerospace engineering.

Actually, India is considered as a country with least cost for study at least in government colleges. Aerospace engineering is a specialised branch and I feel that the governmentcolleges in India are the cheapest.

Unfortunately, after 10th you cannot get admission in any engineering college. You have to complete your 12th and after that, you become eligible for admission in any college. Only after graduation, you can think of going to NASA.

Bangalore has the best in India i.e. IISc which is a government college. There are many other colleges also in Bangalore. I am attaching a link that will give you all the required information.

As per my analysis, IISc, Bangalore is the best place followed by IIT'S then NIT's then some private colleges. I am attaching a link that will give you all required information.
