Hello Abhishek,
There are many colleges in Mumbai that offer degree in aerospace engineering. Best is of course IIT. For other colleges, entry is via MHT-CET. I am attaching link for list of colleges:

I would advise you to go for either mechanical or automobile engineering after your diploma. Aerospace is very specialised subject and quantum of job offers is comparatively comparatively less.

Unfortunately, such assessment has not been done by anyone and hence Institutions can not be compared. However, I feel any NIT would be better than other colleges.

Please look at the marks you obtained. Why obsession with engineering? I sincerely advise you to go to career counsellor and seek guidance from him. It's the least you can do.
