It does offer this course and it is a good institute, but they conducts their own entrance exam. This institute is known to have good placement record too.

you really have very good marks in 12th. Congratulations. Robotics is very specialized field hence difficult to find placement. It's comparatively easy to get placed in Aeronautical Engineering.

Aeronautics is about airborne objects, while aerospace means the industry.

It's the Aerospace industry which manufacturers Aeronautical items. Understood? In Indian context, both these words are used as synonyms. But, if you see dictionary, you will know the difference.

Chandigarh University is also well known. If you are not able to make it to NIT or to IIT, then your choice is very good. Other option is to attempt JEE Mains and JEE Advanced once again.

I sincerely advise you to seek guidance from career counselor. Why fascination for engineering? There are many opportunities in commerce or humanities. You may shine there.

Top recruiting companies in Indian context are TAAL, Alpha Technology etc. But some foreign companies also like Boeing, Airbus, etc. do come for campus selection.

I think what you want to ask is aircraft maintenance? Obviously, you will be beyond age to appear fresh.
I advise you to attempt getting DGCA certification.
It will get you much better jobs.

I think you are not eligible because you are beyond the acceptable window for passing of 12th. What made you wait for almost 4 years? Now, you can attempt Engineering via AMIE.
