Yes, all the courses are good. In today's time, there is a good demand for aerospace engineers, but opportunities are limited because these branches have a specific time. It doesn't come under the evergreen branches but future will be good if you work hard.

Following colleges are best for aerospace and aeronautical engineering:
(1) IIT Kharagpur
(2) IIT Bombay
(3) IIT Delhi
(4) IIT Kanpur
(5) SRM university, Chennai
(6) VIT University, Vellore
(7) BITS Pilani
(8) Manipal University, and some other.

Germany is what I would prefer. The country is well known for automobiles, mechanical and aerospace engineering. You should also check Canada, Japan, UK, Russia etc. US is tough for jobs. There is no particular company giving preference to freshers. Every company hires freshers and experienced candidates. You need to research on organizations dealing with your area and check their career pages, check the vacancies and profiles they recruit.

One thing you need to know - no college itself takes responsibility for 100% job placements. It can be said that the name of big institutes can fetch you interviews over the time but getting out of them successfully totally depends on you.

All deemed universities have management quota and this gets filled up mostly in most opaque way. This is neither published nor available on websites. Process is known only by way of mouth. But yes, you can get admission in these management quota seats without appearing for JEE Mains. Please approach concerned deemed university directly.
