Apart from IITs and IISc, IIST Thiruvananthapuram offer B.Tech in Avionics and Aerospace Engineering. Nehru group of Institutions, Coimbatore offer Aeronautics and allied courses. ILM College of Engineering, Perumbavoor near Cochin offers B Tech in Aeronautical Enginering. Besides we have AMAeSI offered by Aeronautical Society of India.

Aerospace is a good branch. You are already a technical student, so I suggest you to go with M.Tech and if you have interest in marketing, banking and accounting then you may go for MBA. But, as per my choice M.Tech in aerospace is better for you.

No doubt, IITs are the best engineering colleges. For aerospace, IIT-Bombay is the best followed by Kharagpur, Kanpur and other IITs. Other private/autonomous institutes are Anna University, SRM, Manipal. Check the below link-

I am happy that you want to study. It's always good to acquire additional qualifications as we progress in life. Many doors will be opened for you once this is achieved. There will be many colleges in your state which will be offering this course. Normally states conduct entrance exam for admission to diploma courses. You need to take it and get admission.
