Both Mechanical and Aeronautical Engineering have good scope & opportunities for job after B.Tech and M.Tech. Aeronautical Engineering is niche branch wheras Mechanical engineering has wider application in multiple industries, therefore you should not compare them. You must do engineering based on your interests to excel.

Hi friend,
University of Stuttgart, TU Darmstadt, Munich University of Applied Science, FH Aachen, TU Braunswick and Bremen University of Applied Science are some of the best. You may refer to QS World Rankings for more options. Scholarships are quite competitive in Germany though all universities have financial aid. You must have excellent grades to be considered for scholarships.

Dear Sathiya,
Process and requirements vary. If you are looking forward to get into an American University, you must take the GRE and TOEFL to be considered for admissions. Universities in Europe do not seek any GRE scores, however might ask for one depending on your profile. Good essays, personal statements, letters of references are additional requirements and matters a lot. About your internship, if you are studying in a foreign university you can easily complete your internship from that particular country. Always look for universities having strong industrial tie-ups, co-op options, providing good career assistance etc.
