Yes, it's a good college but mainly they offer AME. You may also look into R.V. College of Engineering (RVCE) , BMS College of Engineering (BMSCE)
PEC University of Technology (PEC)

Dear Rakesh,
An IELTS score of 6.5 overall is required. The university has not specified any minimum grades, as it is a competitive university you will require an higher average. Something above 70% from Indian education board is good enough. Please check more here http://umanitoba.ca/student/admissions/international/asia.html
Best Wishes

Yes you can take Aerospace as engineering for M.Tech. Only procedure is to clear GATE Examination in Aerospace engineering.
Aerospace engineering is getting more hype these days because of advancement in the field. Government jobs are also there for Aerospace engineers. Also after completing your Masters you can go for doctrate degree in Aerospace or related fields. This will give you may opportunities.
It is good option you can opt.

SRM University is one of the best private universities for engineeting. I have counselled many students from SRM University main campus. The students from that campus have great interests. They win a lot of prizes in various projects and are encouraged to do so. Hope this helps. Thanks.
