I think you want to do M.Tech in aerospace. Am I right?
You need to qualify GATE to take admission in good colleges like IITs and other good institute like NITs.

Amity Aerospace placement is very good. Majority of students are able to get good private and Government jobs. Some students opt for higher studies abroad.

Both options of BITS Hyderabad BTech CS and IIST BTech Aerospace are equally excellent options. You can chose any based on your interest to excel. (Lot of student do CS but rare prefer Aerospace. Why do not you try to be different? ).
