Firstly, let me congratulate for selecting a quite interesting alias! Anyway. These days there are no free seats. You can think of seeking scholarship but then quantum and frequency are not known till last moment. Perhaps if management quota seats are not getting filled up they may offer you at very nominal fees.

This college is an autonomous institute under VTU. It has NAAC A accreditation as well as all other required approvals. What it means is that this institute is free to change contents and delivery methods depending on requirements of changing times. As to when will it start aeronautical engineering would be decided only by the management. I am attaching a link.
