Air Force Officers are eligible for a number of allowances in addition to their AFCAT pay, depending on their posting location and type of duty. The Flying Allowance granted to Flying Branch Officers and the Technical Allowance given to Technical Branch Officers are among the allowances to which Air Force Officers are entitled.
