No Mathematics and Physics are not compulsory in Graduation to apply AFCAT. However, Mathematics and Physics are compulsory at class 12th level with a minimum of 60% of marks for Flying and GD technical branches.

Hello Tharunraj, yes definitely. Student with graduation in may subject is eligible to join flying branch via AFCAT. There are plenty of students who are engineering graduates and are joining IAF in flying branch regularly via AFCAT. If course there are some other criteria too that you need to fulfill. Please refer the eligibility criteria for the AFCAT
You must have a minimum of 60% marks each in Maths & Physics at 10+2 level. Graduates (Three Year Course) in any discipline from a recognised University with minimum 60% marks
or, BE/B Tech (Four Year Course) from a recognised university with minimum 60% marks or equivalent grades.

Hello Supraja, with the name I am assuming that you are a girl student. As per the present rules girls can apply only for the short Service commission in the Indian Air Force via AFCAT. You can apply for any of the branches of the Indian airforce perhaps except for the branch of accounts and the branch of meteorology.
