Art course is available in every school in Bangalore after class 10th.

University of Mumbai, Kalina Campus offers Diploma in Hindustani Classical Vocal/ Light Vocal/ Sitar/ Tabla for class 10th pass outs. However, I am not sure about such institutes in Delhi/NCR location.

If you are dedicated about going into IIMs from now, I would suggest you to got for graduation first, and during graduation from the first year itself, start preparing for CAT and start writing CAT exams. It would make you prepare for the best while you make a final attempt.

After class 10th, go for arts as you are interested in social science and English and after that go for LLB which is of 3 years and can also do LLM.
