Both are different. One is management and the other is higher degree of agriculture science. But, I would recommend you to go for M.Sc. After MBA, if you won't get a job then you will think about Masters in agriculture. But I'm sure that after your M.Sc, you can easily get a job and then you can go for MBA.

There are a lot of good reasons to go for this program if you are interested in agri business management.
