Sorry, but you can't get admission without EAMCET, but I think this college has a management quota, you can get admission via management quota. For management quota, you have to talk to the college officials.

Hello,
You can pursue diploma after class 10th. 12th is not mandatory in order to pursue a Diploma.

YES, you can pursue BE in Agricultural and Irrigation Engineering in College of Engineering- Anna University after taking the examination of ICAR (Indian Council Of Agriculture Research).

You can go ahead and pursue MBA but you have to choose the specialisation you want to do your MBA in. There are various specialisation to choose to complete MBA. You have to pick the right one for your choice of interest. You can write entrance test or get into colleges through direct admissions.

There are many colleges who take admission to M.Tech programme based on your B.Tech percentage or CGPA. But many college also take tier entrance exam for admission. I suggest you to appear for GATE exam in next year and try to qualify it with very good marks so that you can get the seat in IIT etc. Your CGPA is good you can take anywhere without GATE but my advice is to go with GATE so that you can also apply for jobs in PSU by your GATE score card.
