Aspirants having B.Sc degree in Agriculture can find lot of higher studies options like M.Sc in Agricultural Botany, M.Sc in Agricultural Entomology, M.Sc in Tea Husbandry and Technology, M.Sc in Farming System Management, M.Sc in Seed Technology etc. But they usually have less career opportunities compared to those having B.Tech in Agricultural Engineering. How many marks in GATE will fetch you seat in a PG course is hazardous to guess. Normally, cutoffs are announced along with result. Your first priority should be to get marks more than cutoff. However, to get admission in good college, you need to have really good score. Only this will fetch you admission in the desired institute.
