Indian Engineering Services abbreviated as IES are the civil services that meet the technical and managerial functions of the Government of India. Candidates who have passed 10+2 in Science stream (class 12th) with physics, chemistry and maths/biology/agriculture as the subjects can opt for Bachelors degree as B.Sc Agriculture Science.
The career scope for students of B.Sc agriculture is quite ample these days. With the required qualification in addition to the sufficient wok experience, it is possible for aspirants to get good jobs. Those who desire to continue their education into the advanced levels can do so as well.

First shortlist the universities offering the course. Then see the exam requirements - if they require GRE for MTech or not. Apart from GRE, you will be required to appear for either IELTS or TOEFL.
Here are the documents required for admission -
Attested copies of mark sheets of Standard X, XII, and the Bachelors degree (if applicable)
At least, two academic reference letters from professors who have taught you most recently
If you have work experience then two letters of recommendation from the employer/manager who knows you well and can comment on your professional abilities
