District Agriculture Officer and Agriculture Officer Recruitment is done by the State Public Service Commission. Since you have not mentioned a particular state, I am giving general details regarding this exam.
1) Age: 21-30 years
Age relaxation applicable as per the policy of the state government.
2) Educational Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or related fields as specified. Candidates will be called for a written examination followed by a personality test. Admission is through counseling based on the rank obtained in Maharashtra Common Entrance Test (MHTCET) or All India Entrance Examination for Admission (AIEEA). If you haven't applied fro the MHTCET, you can apply for the AIEEA exam.
Minimum eligibility to pursue B.Sc. in Agriculture from College of Agriculture, Mahatma Phule Krishi Vidyapeeth is that candidate should have cleared class 12 exam with Mandatory Subjects : Chemistry, Biology, Physics, English, Mathematics. Regards.
