Agriculture is a wise choice. You can work magic if you are passionate about it. So Chandigarh University is the best choice for you if you want to pursue a degree in agriculture. Food insecurity is a global issue, and future world wars may break out over a lack of food and water. Additionally, the Indian Forest Services requires B.Sc. Graduates in agriculture. Admission in any programme depends on qualifying the Eligibility criteria for that programme. Eligibility for B.Sc. In Agriculture is to get Pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 or Intermediate (with English, Physics, Chemistry and Maths or Biology or Forestry) or 10+2 or Intermediate (Agriculture) or 2 years Diploma in Agriculture after 10th or equivalent. There are ample of opportunities in this field both in Government and in Private sector. Getting a good job depends on various factors like from where you have done your Graduation, your skills, your knowledge about the field, the Industrial experience and exposure if you have any.
