Dear Gadhey Ritvik,
I do not think so that there are management seats in agricultural universities. One has to get clear entrance examinations and other requirements need to be fulfilled as well.

It depends on the field. If you want to build you career in biological agriculture, then B.Sc agriculture is very good, but if you want some technical line, then I would suggest B.Tech agriculture is very good.
