Both the fields are good and have wide scope but now a day's student are giving more preference to B.Sc in agriculture in comparison of B.Sc in medical. So, you can opt for B.Sc in agriculture in any good and reputed college. Rest all depends on your interest.

You can consider Cornell University USA, University of East Anglia UK, University of Nottingham UK, Washington State University US, University of Georgia, Kyushu University and Max Planck Institute for Plant Breeding. Ph.D programmes are generally fully funded except in UK. You must contact the department supervisors for details.

You should have work experience and English language proficiency like TOEFL: 100 and IELTS: 7. Fresher are not welcome.

University of Saskatchewan, Canada has one of the best agriculture course. Beloit USA, La Trobe Australia, University of Illinois are few more.
