The most prominent difference between these two is that BSc Agriculture is a degree program in the vast subject while BTech Agricultural Engineering is a specialised degree program in an interdisciplinary specialisation of Agriculture and Engineering.

Both are the good programmes, it depends on your interest as to which programme do you want to join. The candidates pursuing B.Sc. In Agriculture can find a lucrative career growth in various private as well as government-based industries. B.Tech in Agriculture Engineering provides higher career growth and high paying jobs in government and private based companies.
