Talking about Government jobs, State Agriculture Departments recruits Graduates to fill up Officer level posts. Government Banks also recruits Graduates to fill up Officer level posts (generally dealing with Loans).
Talking about Private Sector jobs, graduates may find jobs as Managers at Plantations, as Officers at Fertilizer Manufacturing firms, Agriculture Machinery Industries, Agricultural Products Marketing firms, Food processing units etc. Average starting salary is generally between 2-4.5 Lakh Rupees per year.

There are no good private colleges for agriculture science, however, you may try to get int any of the colleges mentioned below:
1. Indian Agricultural Research Institute - [IARI], New Delhi
2. Punjab Agricultural University - [PAU], Ludhiana
3. Jawaharlal Nehru University - [JNU], New Delhi

According to CET ranking, you will get in Karnataka as the ranking cut-off will be below 10000.
