According to me go for BE agriculture as it provides you a dimension of engineering background and considered in many jobs as a preference. Also you can appear in GATE to get best of the colleges for Masters eg. IIT, NITIE MUMBAI etc.

You have got a good rank and As you belong to SC category there is more chance of getting a seat in good government college. I suggest you to choose best government colleges as options in your counselling.

It's a big number I think you might not get seat with 11k, if the cutoff merit is changed you may get the seat until then do not loose your hope. All the best.

As per the previous year marks analysis and some basic trends we can say you might get an agricultural seat at Dharwad university but might be trending fails due to the increased large competition every year so cutoff might be changed or you missed seat due to just a few fewer marks, hope for best
All the best.

Yes the Candidate is required to fill the registration form online for the course he wants to pursue. For pursuing Bachelor's degree, last date was 27July 2022. However you may go to university and talk to them if you want admission. And if you want to pursue post graduation courses, you can fill the online registration form. Last date is 8th August I guess. After filling the form, you have to go to university on counselling date provided by them. So all the very best!
