At all India level, ICAR conducts exam for UG course in agriculture. You can also apply for Madhya Pradesh PAT exam for Madhya Pradesh agriculture colleges.

Recognised means one which offers courses as per the norms of the council constituted by government of India for good quality education. The councils or the commissions recognizes universities on the basis of the quality of education, Infrastructure, etc. And gives it a certificate of recognition. Without this certificate, your degree will be invaluable.

Yes, you can pursue MBA agriculture after B.Sc. Horticulture, not B.Sc. Agriculture. MBA is open for all the candidates regardless of their stream.

Universities now require Ph.D for a professorship. It is mandatory. You will have to check the website of the university you are talking about.
