The admissions are based on the rank. Based on previous years cutoffs it can be predicted that it would be tough for you, but you have a chance in the later to open counseling rounds.

Yes, private agriculture college students are acceptable for ICAR affiliated colleges for master degree programme. The admission procedure is through entrance exam. So, you should start preparing and get good rank to get admission in good college.
