No, it is not possible without giving the admission test. Admission to the course is mostly entrance exam based. KEAM EAMCET are a few entrance exams conducted for admission to the course. There are 42 State Agricultural Universities (SAUs), 1 Central Agricultural University (CAU), 5 Deemed Universities (DUs) and 4 general Central Universities with Agriculture faculty in India. These institutions provide admission at UG level in 11 disciplines and about 15,000 students get enrolled every year.

Hi Ankita,
Subject selection should be as per your interest. Don't get confused. You will get a lot of opportunities in government or private jobs just after completing your graduation. Many of my friends have chosen B.Sc Agriculture as the opportunity is high there and competition (crowd) is low. So, people easily get government jobs in the agricultural department. So, you can choose it. Best of luck.

I could hardly find any government college or university for B.Sc. (H) agriculture but some good ones for you are-
The Indian Agricultural Research Institute, commonly known as the Pusa Institute - The Indian Agricultural Statistics Research Institute which is an institute under the Indian Council of Agricultural Research.
Here are top 10 colleges-
1. National Dairy Research Institute (NDRI), Karnal
2. Indian Agricultural Research Institute (IARI), Delhi
3. Acharya N. G. Ranga Agricultural University (ANGRAU), Hyderabad
4. Chaudhary Charan Singh Haryana Agricultural University (CCSHAU), Hisar
5. University of Agricultural Sciences (UAS), Ban

Hi Prachi,It can't be changed. But, you can write a mail to the concerned authorities mentioning all your details like name, registration number, mobile number etc. And request them the same. If it will be possible, they will inform you. Best of luck.

As per the reports of Times of India it was 5000.
It means more than 5000 students appear every year for this course.
And it was the data of 2009.
In today's scenario it is more than 90000 for B.Sc in Maths.
You can guess for agriculture it should be around 70 thousand.
