No, if you haven't cleared Chemistry subject, you cannot apply for BHU UET exam to apply for B. Sc. Hons. in Agriculture. Mandatory subjects in which you must have secured passing marks, are Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics /Biology.

You will definitely have to give an entrance exam conducted each year by ICAR. Through this exam, you can get a seat in any Agriculture University throughout the country. Without exam, it would not be much possible for you.

You should complete your class 12th and then choose the courses, Bachelor of Science in Agriculture, Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Agriculture and Bachelor of Science in Crop Physiology.
There is a higher scope once you are done with your class 12th. Take a wise decision.

At GB Pant Agriculture University, Pantnagar, in 2018 (last year), the cut-off for Agriculture branch was around AIR 80000 in general category for males and around AIR 100000 in general category for females.
