Hi,
M.Sc agriculture is a 2-year post-graduate course in the scientific process of agriculture and agricultural studies. A candidate has to be a B.Sc graduate in agriculture/ horticulture/ forestry from a recognised university in order to be eligible for this course. So you can't apply for this course.

B.Sc agriculture is a great course as it will never run out of jobs. It is a 4 years' long undergraduate Bachelor's degree program.
Some top private colleges in south India are:
1. Achardya N. G. Ranga Agricultural University, Andhra Pradesh
Fees - 36.9 k per year
2. Adhiparaskthi Agricultural College, Tamil Nadu
Fees - 16.8 k per year.
3. Anbil Dharmalingam Agricultural College and research institute, Thiruchirapalli
Fees - 22.9 k per year
