Hello,I think this pretty old but famous college of nursing offers B.Sc. Nursing course that is affiliated to Delhi University. You will have to appear for the entrance exam conducted by Delhi University. Admission is based on performance in this exam. Ahilya Bai College of Nursing admits only women students based on the entrance test conducted by DU. There is no mention of any negative marking and hence it can be assumed that this does not exist.
