Minimum flight hours are required for CPL certification. In contrast to India, these hours can be registered more swiftly and easily elsewhere. Yes, several flying schools abroad accept Indian students after they have successfully completed a particular training period there. But it varies from case to instance. You are welcome to enrol in the Aviation Academy and proceed with the training.
My own preference, though, would have been to finish class 12 with a PCM score of 50% and then consider what the current job market demands.
