You have not written about the extent and nature of disability. So it is quite difficult to tells anything about this. However, a Commercial Pilot, in all of the countries around the world needs to have a current Class 1 Medical certificate which has specific passing criteria. A person who is handicapped by the right leg might be able to clear the Class 2 Medical (Only outside India, like in Canada, USA etc.) but not the Class 1 medical. The CPL course at AAA is about 24 months of duration can be done after 10+2 with Physics and Maths. The course fee is about Rs 2440000 and can be paid in installments at different intervals. The CPL course required the Class II Medical (Indian) fitness certificate. So should be medically fit as per the standards laid down by DGCA. The CPL course comprises the following training modules.
1. Flying Training : The Candidate has to complete 200 Hours (Two hundred hours) of flight time for completion of the course.
2. Ground Training : This covered the following as under.
i) Air Regulations
ii) Aviation Meteorology
iii) Air Navigation

Hello Pranav
The fees of INR. 23 Lakhs - INR. 25 Lakhs is required to complete the CPL flying training and the ground training required to get a Commercial License issued by DGCA.
You will have to pay DGCA issuing fees additional over and above this budget. Your stay may or may not be included in this fees depending on the flying school.

Hello,
The two basic and compulsory requirements for the issue of PPL are as under:
Age: Should have attained at least 16 Years of age
Education: Should have passed class 10th with Science.
Medical: Class 2nd Medical Certificate from a DGCA certified medical practitioner.
If you justify all the above, then you can go for PPL training.
Minimum age is a limiting factor but anyone at any age can do the training provided he/she clears the medicals.
