As of my knowledge cutoff in September 2021, the last date of registration for AIBE (All India Bar Examination) 16 has already passed. The last date for registration was 25th May 2021, and the exam was conducted on 25th July 2021. However, please note that the AIBE is conducted every year, so you can apply for AIBE 17 when the notification is released by the Bar Council of India (BCI). It is recommended that you regularly check the official website of the BCI for updates on the exam schedule and registration dates.

Key points related to State Bar Council Enrolment are:
It is mandatory for candidates to get enrolled with a state bar council for filling the AIBE application form
3-year and 5-year LL.B. Graduates can get enrolled with state bar councils
Some state bar councils conduct an online enrollment process, while in some states the candidate needs to visit the bar council office in person and collect the enrollment form. In case the candidate has passed the 3-year or 5-year LL.B. Programme before 2009-2010, they are not required to qualify the AIBE exam to practice in a court of law.
