As of my knowledge cutoff date (September 2021), the eligibility criteria for AIBE 2023 (All India Bar Examination) have not been officially announced yet. However, based on the previous year's eligibility criteria, the following are the expected eligibility criteria for AIBE 2023:

The cut offs of any exam or particularly AIBE's is determined once the answer key is released. However, there is a minimum requirement of marks to qualify the exam which is:
General or OBC category have to obtain 40% of the total marks whereas ST or SC have to obtain 35% of the total marks.

Candidates must meet the AIBE eligibility criteria before filling the application form. The eligibility criteria includes academic qualification, registration with state bar council and others. Candidates applying for AIBE exam should have enrolled with their respective State Bar Council and possess an Advocate Card. The eligibilities for All India Bar Examination AIBE can be attended on below :-
1. Members should hold a law degree (3-Year/5-Year) from a recognised institute of law approved by the Bar Council of India.
2. Members should have been registered with their respective State Bar Councils.
3. No upper age limit for appearing in the exam. The All India Bar Examinations AIBE are conducted by the Bar Council of India to certify law graduates to practice in a court. The applicant who can fulfill the following criteria is eligible for the AIBE exam:

It is mandatory for candidates to get enrolled with a state bar council for filling the AIBE application form
