The marking scheme for the AIBE Exam is as follows:Total Questions: 100 Multiple-Choice Questions (MCQs)Total Marks: 100 (Each question carries 1 mark)No Negative Marking: No penalty for wrong answersPassing Criteria:General/OBC: 40% (40 marks out of 100)SC/ST/PwD: 35% (35 marks out of 100)Unattempted Questions: No marks deductedSince there is no negative marking, attempting all 100 questions is beneficial.

The Bar Council of India (BCI) has released the exam pattern of AIBE (19) XIX 2024. The AIBE exam was previously conducted as an open-book exam, but from the AIBE 16 session onwards, only Bare Acts without short notes are allowed. Candidates cannot carry books, notebooks, or any textual material inside the exam hall as per the new exam pattern. According to AIBE 19 syllabus, there are 19 topics (law) from which questions will be framed in the certification exam. Note that the weightage carried by these topics is unequal. AIBE is a certificate that the Indian Bar Council administers. To practice law in the nation, all recent graduates must pass the AIBE 19 exam in 2024. Candidates need to be aware that the AIBE exam in 2024 will be administered offline using a pen and paper format. The AIBE 19 qualifying exam will run for 3 hours and 30 minutes in total.

No, there are no negative marking for wrong answers. Candidates will be given 1 mark for each right answer in AIBE 2024 examination. AIBE Exam consists of 100 questions that must be solved within three hours and thirty mintues time. Candidates must note that they will be awarded one marks for each correct answer, however, any wrong answer, no marks will be deducted. Students must acquire a minimum score of 40 per cent marks in the AIBE Exam to receive the "Certificate of Practice."

No, books are not allowed in AIBE Exam 2025. AIBE is no longer an open-book exam. Candidates will not be allowed to carry books, notes and written material inside the exam hall. However, candidates can carry Bare acts without notes.Till 2020, the All India Bar Examination was an open-book exam. However, in 2021 Bar Council of India changed this pattern. This means that students could no longer take the help of books and study material to attempt or solve the question paper. You can get previous years papers for AIBE 2025 from the Bar Council of India (BCI) website. The website has a section called "Past Question Papers" where you can download past AIBE question papers in PDF format. Here are the steps on how to download AIBE previous year question papers: 1. Go to the BCI website. 2. Click on the "Past Question Papers" section. 3. Select the year of the question paper you want to download. 4. Click on the "Download" button. 5. The question paper will be downloaded to your computer. However, I recommend downloading the question papers from the BCI website because they are the most official and up-to-date.

No. The exam pattern for the All India Bar Examination AIBE in 2023 has not changed significantly from previous years. The exam is still a multiple-choice exam with 100 questions. Each question is worth one mark. There is no negative marking. However, there are a few minor changes to the exam pattern for 2023. First, the exam will now be held in 22 languages, up from 11 languages in previous years. Second, candidates will now be allowed to carry copies of Bare Acts and Downloaded copies of Acts without notes but if such copies are not available then copies of bare acts with short notes/least notes will be allowed on the basis of prayer
