As per the test-takers, the AIBE 18 Question paper 2023 carried precedent case laws, and landmark judgements directly from Bare Acts. Those who have already practiced the previous year's AIBE Question Paper said that the AIBE 18 2023 Question Paper was in similar lines to it. AIBE 18 Exam 2023 difficulty level was moderate. No, there are no negative marking for wrong answers. Candidates will be given 1 mark for each right answer in AIBE 2024 examination. AIBE Exam consists of 100 questions that must be solved within three hours and thirty mintues time. Candidates must note that they will be awarded one marks for each correct answer, however, any wrong answer, no marks will be deducted. Students must acquire a minimum score of 40 per cent marks in the AIBE Exam to receive the "Certificate of Practice."

The Bar Council of India (BCI) has announced new AIBE Exam Centre 2023. The official AIBE 18 (XVIII) Notification 2023 stated, "Dear Candidates, The Honourable Bar Council of India has added a new examination center at Aizawl in Mizoram from the All India Bar Examination – XVIII onwards. We are pleased to inform you that Aizawl will now be on the list of existing examination centers. Now, you can choose “AIZAWL” as your preferred test city while applying for the All India Bar Examination – XVIII." Candidates must note that they have to select the exam centre for AIBE 18 to complete the application process.

No. AIBE 2024 admit card will not be sent by post to any candidate. The hall ticket has to be downloaded online from the official website by entering registration ID and date of birth. Candidates have to login and enter registration ID, password to download the admit card for AIBE 2024. Candidates are advised to download the admit card and check all details carefully. In case of any error, candidates are advised to contact the exam conducting body immediately to get the error rectified.

AIBE 19 Exam 2024 date was conducted on December 22, 2024. Only those candidates who are enrolled with any state bar council were eligible to apply. AIBE 19 Exam was conducted in 22 regional languages including english. The AIBE Exam 2024 was conducted in offline, pen-and-paper mode acorss the country.

Yes, the Bar Council of India (BCI) has released the list of AIBE 2024 test centres. The list includes 54 test cities across India.

Yes, Bare Acts were allowed in the AIBE examination. All India Bar Examination website stated that " Bare Acts without notes are allowed. In case of unavailability of Bare Acts without notes, Bare Acts with least short notes will be allowed subject to the discretion of the Examiner/Invigilator".Candidates were not allowed to carry books, any electronic items to the exam centre. AIBE is no more an open-book exam. The exam was held in 50+ cities across the country.

No, you cannot appear for AIBE XIX(19) without paying the registration fee. For AIBE 18, the Bar Council of India had announced that candidates who appeared at Rajkot centers for AIBE-XVII will be allowed to participate in the next AIBE-XVIII without having to pay the examination fee again.

To give the All India Bar Examination (AIBE), you must have a law degree from a recognised university and have been enrolled with a State Bar Council for at least five years. You must also pass the Bar Council of India's (BCI) National Eligibility Test (NET). The AIBE is a two-day examination that is held every year.
