No, there is no negative marking for wrong answers in AIBE. You will get 1 mark for each correct answer, and 0 marks for each wrong answer or unanswered question.

The Certificate of Practice (CoP) for AIBE 15 will be issued soon after the result declaration. The Bar Council of India (BCI) has not yet announced a specific date for the issuance of the CoPs. However, it is expected that the CoPs will be issued within a few weeks of the result declaration. The CoP is a mandatory document for all lawyers practicing in India. No. The exam pattern for the All India Bar Examination AIBE in 2023 has not changed significantly from previous years. The exam is still a multiple-choice exam with 100 questions. Each question is worth one mark. There is no negative marking. However, there are a few minor changes to the exam pattern for 2023. First, the exam will now be held in 22 languages, up from 11 languages in previous years. Second, candidates will now be allowed to carry copies of Bare Acts and Downloaded copies of Acts without notes but if such copies are not available then copies of bare acts with short notes/least notes will be allowed on the basis of prayer

No, there is no negative marking for the wrong attempts in AIBE 2023. A candidate will be awarded 1 mark for every correct answer. There is no negative marking for questions marked incorrect or left unanswered.
