The Bar Council of India. Point Nos.11 and 12 of the Admit Card shall be replaced with the following:
Point No.11 originally reads as follows:

Criteria for getting Certificate of Practice
The Bar Council of India has provided a list of the requirements that must be met in order to be qualified to write and register for the test.
You should have finished either a five-year integrated LLB programme or a four-year BA LLB programme.

Based on the eligibility criteria, it appears that you may not be eligible to apply for the AIBE exam, as you have mentioned that you have secured 42% marks in your final LL.B. Exam. However, you may check with the respective State Bar Councils in your state, as the eligibility criteria may vary from state to state.

For law graduates who want to begin practising law, the Bar Council of India administers the All India Bar Examination. After passing the test, the candidate will receive a Certificate of Practice, making them eligible to represent themselves in any Indian court. In 40 Indian cities, the exam is given in both national and regional languages. You can buy the previous year's Hindi AIBE exam paper from Amazon in hardcopy or from numerous websites like questionpaperdrive or lawhindi in softcopy. No, the National Testing Agency NTA will not conduct the AIBE (All India Bar Examination) exams from now onwards. The Bar Council of India (BCI) has recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kharagpur to conduct the AIBE exams from 2023 onwards. The BCI had conducted the AIBE exams on its own until now, but has decided to outsource the process to IIT Kharagpur to ensure better and more efficient conduct of the exams.
