1. According to AIBE XVII-2022, it will be conducted both online and offline.
2. The total duration of this exam is 3 hours, 30 minutes.
3. There will be 100 objective-type questions on 19 law subjects.
4. Each question carries one mark, and AIBE will not receive any negative marking.

1. You will have to appear in the AIBE exam after passing your law degree course.
2. After getting enrolled as advocates with your respective state bar councils, you can apply for this exam.
3. The exam is expected to take place in December this year.
4. After clearing AIBE you will get a Certificate of Practice (COP) from BCI.

1. You have passed any law degree examination, be it a three-year LL.B. Course, a five-year LL.B. Course, or an LL. M.
2. You are eligible if you have obtained a passing percentage in your degree course.
