AIBE (All India Bar Exam) is a mandatory examination for law professionals to practice law in India. However, candidates who graduated with their three-year LLB or five-year LLB degree before 2009 or 2010 are not required to do so ,this implies that graduates before the year 2009 (till 2008) are exempted from the All India Bar Exam (AIBE) . To know more about the examination, candidates can refer to the official website of the institute or shiksha.

Yes, you can contact the AIBE (All India Bar Examination) conducting body, the Bar Council of India (BCI), through their official social media platforms. Look for verified accounts of the Bar Council of India on social media. You can either send a direct message or comment on their posts to ask questions. Social media is also a good way to stay informed about announcements and updates related to the AIBE. While social media can be a convenient way to reach out, for official and detailed inquiries, it’s often best to refer to the official website or contact their helpline directly.

Yes, AIBE is indeed tough. Candidates who qualify in the AIBE exam are issued COP certificates that allow candidates to practice law in a court of law in India. Without the COP certificate, one cannot practice law in Indian courts. Both 3-year LLB and 5-year LLB graduates are eligible to appear in the AIBE exam. Hence, it is not only tough but indeed mandatory for lawyers. To crack AIBE exam, candidates need to make sure that they are consistent and regular with their preparation.
