It is mandatory for candidates to get enrolled with a state bar council for filling the AIBE application form
3-year and 5-year LL.B. Graduates can get enrolled with state bar councils
Some state bar councils conduct an online enrollment process, while in some states the candidate needs to visit the bar council office in person and collect the enrollment form. In case the candidate has passed the 3-year or 5-year LL.B. Programme before 2009-2010, they are not required to qualify the AIBE exam to practice in a court of law. You can apply to take the All India Bar Examination only after you have enrolled as an advocate with a State Bar Council. This condition is applicable only to students graduating from the academic year 2009-10 onward who need to clear the All India Bar Examination and get a Certificate of practice in order to practice law in India. If you have graduated prior to the academic year 2009-10, but have not enrolled with a State Bar Council, you only need to enroll with a State Bar Council to practice law in India. Further, there is no enrollment time frame with the state bar council for Advocates who graduated after 2009-10, So you can enroll right now.

The objective of The All India Bar Examination AIBE is to examine an advocate's capability to practice the profession of law in India. The AIBE will assess skills at a basic level, and is intended to set a minimum benchmark for admission to the practice of law; it addresses a candidates analytical abilities and understanding basic knowledge of law. After passing the examination candidate will be awarded "Certificate of Practice" by the Bar Council of India. This exam is applicable only for enrolled advocates. Enrolment number/certificate issued by any state bar council is mandatory for application to this examination. Additional Instructions for disabled/physically challenged candidates :
1. Candidates with 50% or more disability under specific category like blindness, amputated arms will be given 20 minutes extra time per hour.
2. Candidates under this category are required to upload a self-attested copy of their disability Certificate.
3. Candidates are required to carry their disability Certificate on the day of examination as well.
4. In case disability Certificate is not uploaded during the registration process or before the release of admit card, no extra time will be provided. So from above there is no such restrictions and you can take the benefits of your disability after obtaining the appropriate disability Certificate.
